Panic At The Disco Get 'Pretty. Odd' At The Roundhouse

March 11, 2008
Panic At The Disco Get 'Pretty. Odd' At The RoundhousePanic At The Disco played the second UK date on their kick-off tour for new album ‘Pretty. Odd.’ to a packed Roundhouse in Camden last night.

Members of the audience were dressed in the ‘Pretty. Odd’ red sashes from the soon-to-be-released ‘Nine In The Afternoon’ video as well as animal masks: pigs, horses, eagles and bunnies.

But while there were costumes off-stage, on-stage the theatrics of their debut tour were gone (the carnival bulbs, the windmill and the troupe of carnival dancers) with the band choosing to let the new material speak for itself.

They treated the crowd to five songs off the new album: ‘We’re So Starving’, ‘Nine In The Afternoon’, ‘That Green Gentlemen’, ‘She’s A Handsome Woman’, ‘Mad As Rabbits’, as well as old favourites like ‘I Write Sins Not Tragedies’ and an acoustic version encore of ‘Time To Dance’.

The full set-list was as follows:

  1. We’re So Starving
  2. Nine In The Afternoon
  3. But It’s Better If You Do
  4. Camisado
  5. The Only Difference Between Martyrdom And Suicide
  6. That Green Gentleman
  7. There’s A Good reason These Tables Are
  8. Numbered Honey
  9. Lying Is The Most Fun
  10. Cover of a song by The Band
  11. Build God Then We’ll Talk
  12. She’s A Handsome Woman
  13. I Write Sins Not Tragedies
  14. Time To Dance (acoustic)
  15. Mad As Rabbits
