Michael Jackson Sued By Former Publicist For $44 Million

May 7, 2009
Michael Jackson Sued By Former Publicist For $44 MillionAnother day, another lawsuit for Michale Jackson – this time from his former publicist who says the singer still owes her money.

Raymone Bain, Jackson's publicist for five years including during child molestation court case, alleges that he still owes her money to the sum of $44 million.

In an online video statement, Bain accused Jackson of electing “not to honour the financial obligations of our contractual relationships” despite numerous attempts to resolve the case amicably.

She went on to say: "It is with deep regret that I find myself at this place, having to file a lawsuit against my longtime employer, and someone whom I have greatly admired and respected, Michael Jackson."

As previously reported, Jackson is also so being pursued through the courts by former Thriller actress Ola Ray who says he still owes her royalties.

Jackson is currently preparing for his 50 date London residency at the O2 Arena which begins on July 8.
