My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way Remixes The Cure

My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way has remixed a song by The Cure for a forthcoming EP entitled 'Hypnagogic States'.

Way's take on 'Sleep When I'm Dead' is one of five remixes on the record.

Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy have remixed 'The Perfect Boy', while 'The Only One' has been remixed by 30 Seconds To Mars' Jared Leto.

Money raised from the EP will go towards the International Red Cross.

As previously reported, The Cure's new album, which has yet to be titled, is due out on September 13th.
