Example has announced details of a brief UK tour to showcase songs from his forthcoming album.

The jaunt begins in Bristol on May 18 and also features dates in Manchester (19) and London (20).

It is due to conclude with a performance at Academy 2 in Birmingham on May 21.

Example is currently putting the finishing touches to his new album, which features a host of guest collaborators, including Chase & Status, MJ Cole and The Fearless.

'Won't Go Quietly', which is the follow-up of 2007's 'What We Made', is due to be released in the summer.
