Heavy metal titans Heaven & Hell have cancelled their entire summer schedule due to singer Ronnie James Dio's ongoing battle with cancer. 67-year-old Dio was diagnosed with stomach cancer in November 2009, however having made progress the band booked in a series of UK European summer shows.
