Sonic Youth Unveil New Album Details On Twitter

Sonic Youth have unveiled details about their album, including working song titles, on their Twitter account.

The band have been using the micro-blogging service since January 17th to record their progress.

Current song titles for the album, the follow-up to 2006's 'Rather Ripped', include: 'Mars', 'Calming The Snake' and 'Massage The History'.

In various messages ('tweets') the band joked about their producer John Angello, saying in tweet: “John thinks he's teaching us a thing or two about feedback.”

As previously reported, Sonic Youth are due to release their new album, currently entitled 'The Eternal', in June.
