Florence & The Machine Confirm May 2010 UK & Ireland Tour

Florence & The Machine has announced details of a new UK and Ireland jaunt titled 'The Cosmic Love Tour'.

Having spent a second week at number one with 'Lungs' at the weekend, Florence will play 11 shows this May including a three-night residency at London's Hammersmith Apollo.

Tickets for the jaunt go on sale from 9am this Friday (January 29).

Meanwhile, Florence will be re-releasing her single 'Dog Days Are Over' on March 22nd.

She plays the following shows:

• Dublin, Olympia Theatre - May 2/3
• Edinburgh, Corn Exchange - 5/6
• Blackpool, Empress Ballroom - 7/9
• Wolverhampton, Civic Theatre - 10/11
• London, HMV Hammersmith Apollo - 13/14/15
