Interpol have released a new song online as a teaser for their new album.

The track, entitled ‘Lights’, is available to download now from the band’s official website.

The song is thought to be taken from the group’s as-yet-untitled new studio album.

Interpol have been working on the record in London and New York, and have told fans to stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

The band's last album, 'Our Love To Admire', was released in 2007.
