Supergrass To Record Covers Album

Supergrass members Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey have teamed up with producer Nigel Godrich, famed for his work with Radiohead, to produce an album of cover songs. To be released under the moniker 'The Hot Rats' the album will feature the Supergrass guitarist and drummer cover songs from bands including the Beastie Boys, The Doors and The Kinks and is said to be inspired by 'Pin Ups', David Bowie's covers album.  Read more 

Ash, Supergrass To Headline Truck Festival

Supergrass Leave EMI To Set Up Own Record label

Supergrass have left EMI Records subsidiary Parlophone after thirteen years to set up their own independent platform. Micky Quinn, the band's bassist and managing director of Supergrass Records, said the group decided to change because of “wastage” at their former label.  Read more
