Tom Cruise Squares Up To Oasis' Liam Gallagher

Hollywood actor Tom Cruise left Oasis' Liam Gallagher speechless when he confronted him in a German hotel recently, according to reports.

Cruise is understood to have approached Gallagher at Regent Hotel in Berlin, where they were both staying, to explain comments he made in the recent documentary, Lord Don't Slow Me Down.

In the Oasis film, Gallagher said of the actor: “I hate Tom Cruise. I can’t stand that small bastard – him and Michael Owen.”

According to the Daily Star newspaper, the pair laughed awkwardly before shaking hands.

“For the first time in his life, Liam was lost for words. Tom did a double-take as they passed each other and went back to say hello,” a source said.

“And without losing the smile from his face, he reminded Liam about the cheeky comments he’d made.

"They made polite conversation and Liam made a hasty departure.”

Oasis are currently in Germany on the European leg of their world tour.
