Korn or KoЯn is an American rock band formed in Bakersfield, California, in 1993.The current band line up includes four members: Jonathan Davis, James "Munky" Shaffer, Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, and Ray Luzier. The band was formed after L.A.P.D., a band consisting of 3 members that have been with Korn, broke up.

Korn have announced details of a one-off warm-up gig ahead of their appearance at this year's Download festival in Donnington. The band will play Glasgow's Academy venue on June 8. Read more

Ex-Korn guitarist Brian Welch has told the band to find a permanent replacement for him. Welch – dubbed 'Head' – was a founding member of the group, but left in 2005 and has since become a devout Christian. Read more

Bullet For My Valentine and Pendulum are among the bands who have been added to the line-up for this year’s Download festival. Other new additions to the bill include Alter Bridge, Korn, Alice Cooper and The Cult. The festival will take place at Donington Park over the weekend of June 10-12. Read more

Korn have announced details of a brief UK tour, set to get under way in Southampton on October 8. The three-date tour also includes shows at Civic Hall in Wolverhampton on October 9 and Manchester's Apollo on October 10. Read more
