Calvin Harris (born Adam Richard Wiles on 17 January 1984 in Dumfries, Scotland) is a Scottish singer-songwriter, record producer, DJ. Referred to as the King of electropop, his gold-selling debut album, "I Created Disco", was released in 2007 and contained the Top 10 singles "Acceptable in the 80s" and "The Girls". He has written and produced records for other recording artists including Kylie Minogue's "X" and his number 1 collaboration with British rapper Dizzee Rascal, "Dance Wiv Me".

Katy Perry fans have hit back at Calvin Harris telling him to go 'kill himself'. The producer/DJ got a backlash from Katy Perry fans after earlier this week (March 29) he cancelled his support slot on her UK tour. Calvin Harris wrote the message over Twitter>: "WTF are Katy Perry fans telling me to kill myself on Twitter for? Seriously. I'm a producer making music. Leave me alone please thanks...
