Lil' Wayne has delayed the release of his rap-rock album 'Rebirth' until next year.

The album had been due for release on December 21, but is now scheduled to arrive on February 1.

It is the latest in a series of delays for the record, which was originally expected to come out in April.

As previously reported, 'Rebirth' features guest appearances from a host of rappers, including Eminem.

Meanwhile, Lil' Wayne is due to be sentenced in February for attempted gun possession.

The rapper is expected to receive a one-year prison term after he pleaded guilty during a court appearance in New York last month.
