U2 Go Twitter Crazy With Behind The Scenes Tour Pictures

U2 have been inundating Twitter followers with behind the scenes pictures from their current world tour.

The special 360 degree tour Twitter account appears to be controlled by guitarist The Edge, who launched it on Monday with a self-portrait of himself.

Other pictures so far include the band's red carpet journey to a private airport in France and a gluttonous pile of croissants and other savoury snacks.

At present, none of U2's members have contributed a written tweet.

The Irish rock group's ambitious 360 degree tour, which features a unique stage set-up, got under way in Spain last month.
