Lil' Wayne 'On Suicide Watch In Prison'

Lil' Wayne has been given the task of overseeing fellow prisoners who are on suicide watch, it's been reported.

The rapper, who was jailed last month for gun possession, is said to be enjoying the task.

"Wayne has a job - they got him on suicide watch for other prisoners," his former girlfriend Antonia 'Toya' Johnson, told Us Weekly.

"He watches the crazy prisoners and makes sure they don't kill themselves. He likes the job even though they don't pay him much."

Johnson, who has an 11-year-old daughter with Lil' Wayne, added that the rapper was “doing OK” behind bars.

Lil' Wayne was sentenced to a year in prison, but could be released in eight months with good behaviour.
